We have a very strict cancellation policy.
Any appointment that is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a $25 fee.
No further services will be offered until the fee is paid. This is NON-NEGOTIABLE.
If an appointment is missed that is substantial loss of income and time us that can never be recouped.
Every year groomers lose 10% - 30% of their income to missed appointments. It needs to stop. No, it's not all about the money, but we can't pay our bills with apologies either.
Tips for making sure your kitty is ready for the groomer.
It is recommended for the safety of your pet that you bring your kitty out to our bus in a secured carrier. We realize that many cats run at the site of a carrier. If your kitty is one that hides when it sees the carrier, a pillow case is another option. Remember, it's just for one minute. The pillow case makes many cats feel more secure because it surrounds them and they can be held in your arms, but not realize that they are outside.
You can also purchase a large dog crate or cat crate to put the kitty in if you will not be available at the time of your cats appointment. We can make arrangements to get the kitty from the crate and release the cat in the house once we are finished. The large crate will allow the kitty to have food, water and a litter box available.
Please make sure that the kitty is ready and available at the time of it's appointment. We can only wait 15 minutes from the time of arrival to start the grooming, or it will affect the other appointments we have booked that day. We do NOT want to climb under beds to collect kitties.
